HOST Homeowner Warranty

Your first step for most warranty service requests will be to submit a written request to HOST's warranty coordinator. This can be done via US mail, fax at (503) 961-9924, or e-mail. Download HOST warranty service request form here:

Most warranty items will be addressed at the 30 day and one year warranty periods. If you have an urgent item that you think needs to be handled sooner, or if you have questions about whether a repair will be covered, please feel free to contact our office at (503) 331-1752.

2-10 Homebuyer Warranty (for most homes purchased between October 31, 2005, and summer 2008, including homes at New Columbia, Lents Landing, and Crystal Springs)

Professional Warranty Service Corporation (for homes purchased before October 31, 2004 and homes at Helensview)

HOST Homeowner Volunteer Report

HOST requires all homeowners to complete 50 adult hours of community service per year for the first five years that they own their home. Hours should be submitted at the end of the year. Reports can be e-mailed to our volunteer coordinator, faxed to (503) 961-9924, or mailed to our office. Download a copy of the volunteer log here.
