HOST Development Homeowner Commitment

	Buyers take a homeowner education class at a certified home buyer education provider such as Portland Housing Center.
	Homes must be owner occupied forever.
	The property must be maintained.
	Owners donate 50 volunteer hours of service per household to their community for each of the first 5 years they own their home.

Commissions for Selling Brokers vary by project and are disbursed once escrow has closed. The HOST Development Brokers are prepared and trained to show the customer our available homes, answer all questions, prepare the necessary paperwork and communicate directly with the customer.
